By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access our website or use our services.

Throughout these Terms, the words "LedgerSpark," "we," "us," and "our" refer to LedgerSpark. "Service" refers to the website and all courses, content, and other services provided by LedgerSpark. To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.

4. Course Enrollment and Fees
LedgerSpark offers various accounting courses for a fee. By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the specified course fee. All course fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in advance to gain access to the course materials. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the course materials for the specified duration. The duration of access will be clearly stated on the course description page.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for our courses. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds are at our discretion and may be denied if we determine that the Service has been misused.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LedgerSpark and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of LedgerSpark.
The course materials, including all text, videos, images, worksheets, and other content, are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
